Welcome to Yaffē
By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Order Acceptance
An order is considered confirmed once payment is made.
2. Product Availability
All items are produced in limited quantities. Availability is subject to current inventory at the time of purchase.
3. Product Colors & Images
While we make every effort to display colors accurately, slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
4. Pricing
All prices are stated clearly and may change without prior notice. Prices at the time of purchase are final.
5. Delivery
Nationwide delivery is available. Delivery timelines depend on location and logistics conditions.
6. Risk & Ownership
Ownership of goods transfers to the buyer once payment is made. Yaffē is not responsible for courier delays or issues after dispatch.
7. Refund Policy
Yaffē does not offer refunds. Exchanges may apply under our return policy.
8. Exchange & Return
Exchanges are strictly for size adjustments. Items must meet the return requirements below.
9. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Any issues resulting from wrong information are borne by the buyer.
10. Right to Refuse Service
Yaffē reserves the right to refuse orders that violate store policy or present fraudulent activity.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Yaffē, we aim to ensure you love your purchase. If you receive an item and the size isn't right, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:
1. No Refunds
Yaffē does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
2. Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are allowed for size issues only.
To qualify:
- The item must be returned within 48 hours of receipt.
- The garment must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in perfect resellable condition.
- All original tags and packaging must remain intact.
3. Condition of Returned Items
Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, makeup, or alteration will not be accepted.
4. Transport Costs
All logistics fees for returning the item and receiving the new size are fully covered by the buyer.
5. Availability of Replacement Size
Exchanges depend on item availability. If the requested size is not available, the buyer may select another item of equal value.
6. Final Sale Items
Promotional or heavily discounted pieces may not be eligible for exchange.
